Kennedy Wilson secures €110m in AIB green loans for office schemes
Recently developed projects were built on green and sustainable principles to align with EU classification system
Kennedy Wilson has secured €110 million in green loans from AIB to fund more than 13,000 square metres of recently developed office space at Ten Hanover Quay, 20 Kildare Street and 94 St Stephen’s Green in Dublin.
The green loans strengthen the link between decarbonisation and financing strategy, requiring Kennedy Wilson to demonstrate climate change mitigation initiatives at each project.
