The property is situated at Unit B1 Cookstown Business Centre in Dublin 24. The property was previously on the market at a guide of €3 million. However, QRE has subsequently been appointed and is guiding a sale price of €1.6 million, which reflects a near 50 per cent decrease on the previous guide price.
