Grafton Street renaissance in full swing as investor confidence surges

Balance is shifting from institutional to private ownership as a slew of properties change hands

It would appear that Grafton Street, Dublin’s prime city centre retailing area, continues to recover from the pandemic, with strong footfall levels returning, according to the latest research by Lisney’s investment division.

That bounce, together with microeconomic factors, is instilling confidence among private investors, who are leading the charge in the return to the capital’s premier pedestrian shopping street.
