Six months since the Hampton Hotel in Donnybrook, Dublin 4, closed to the public, the former Sachs Hotel has been put up for sale through agent Colliers with a guide price of €12.5 million.
The hotel is on Morehampton Road, the main thoroughfare that runs through the leafy, upmarket city suburb and links Donnybrook Village to the city centre, which is less than 1.5km away.
