In some positive news for developer Greg Kavanagh, commercial agent Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of a prime residential development site located at 146-156 Harold’s Cross Road, Harold’s Cross, in Dublin 6, to the developer for €2.1 million.
After a competitive bidding process with multiple parties interested on the property, the sale closed for a premium on its original €2 million asking price.
The existing terrace of derelict properties fronting onto Harold’s Cross Park are earmarked for redevelopment to comprise 20 one and two-bed apartments and two-bed duplexes
