Coopers Cross mixed campus reaches ‘topping out’ milestone
When complete, the six-acre campus will provide more than 93,000 square metres of mixed-use space including 471 apartments, offices, retail, and cultural space
Kennedy Wilson and Cain International have celebrated the topping out of the office quarter at Coopers Cross, a six-acre campus with a mix of multifamily and commercial space in Dublin’s North Docks.
This marks a major milestone in the construction of the campus’s commercial component, with office Building 1 due to reach practical completion in May and Building 2 in November.
