The Residential Zoned Land Tax may actually serve to halt a great deal more housing developments than before

While there is much that is opaque about housing policy, one issue on which there would appear to be unanimous agreement is that more homes need to be built. I doubt that anyone would disagree that housing policy is a ball always on the pitch in our adversarial system of political debate.
