120 apartments planned for Rialto

Plans have been lodged for a €26 million mixed-use LRD development in Rialto, in Dublin 12. The project is located at the former G4S property on Herberton Road. The plans, submitted by Herberton Road Development Limited, propose the construction of 120 apartments and a community cultural space.
