Cherrywood developers see potential to raise heights and build more homes with SDZ plan

Some of the developers involved in projects at Cherrywood in south Dublin have identified potential to increase the housing capacity of this Strategic Development Zone (SDZ). This follows a public consultation process by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council (DLRCC) which also saw lots of submissions from the public.
