Ceadogán’s creative collaboration brings artists’ visions to life
Twelve leading artists have produced one-off rugs to be auctioned by Whyte’s, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Peter McVerry Trust and local regenerative project For the Birds
An auction on February 5 is one of the most admirable and inspiring collaborations I have come across recently. Co Wexford-based Ceadogán Rugs, which is internationally renowned for its bespoke rugs and wall hangings, invited 12 leading artists including Dorothy Cross, Sean Scully and Gottfried Helnwein to create unique one-off rugs or wall hangings.
