Belfast looks south for partners to meet booming building demand in the North

Development partners are needed to supply new homes, hotels, student beds and offices north of the border, writes Donal Buckley

The Loft Lines is a new urban community under construction on Queen’s Island, in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast, which recently received a £150 million (€175m) investment boost from a UK partner developer.
