A year of slow, steady recovery

This year has been a year of continued market recovery, albeit at a slower rate than 2018 with house prices in the main holding steady. Transaction numbers have performed well but will not have substantially exceeded those of 2018, which means recovery, whilst ongoing, is taking longer than many expected.
