Belfast City Council has approved plans for Weavers Cross, a significant regeneration project, which promises to bring more than 120,000 square metres of mixed-use space to a strategic location in central Belfast.

The regeneration plans, brought forward by Northern Ireland’s rail operator, Translink, will be delivered alongside a private sector development partner, and would see the creation of a new mixed use “city neighbourhood”, with the new Belfast Grand Central Station at its heart.
