My Outlook 2019 report for the Irish commercial property market suggested that issues including ‘affordability’, ‘viability’ and ‘deliverability’ would be topical during the year and it is fair to say that these words certainly dominated the agenda in the real estate sector over the last 12 months, particularly in the housing and development sectors of the market.
