Weeve, the Dublin-founded educational start-up aiming to reshape language learning, is seeking to raise €1.1 million driven by British investors to fund the development of its technology and an ongoing move into the Spanish market.

The launch of a seed round marks a major expansion of Weeve’s fundraising ambitions: the company had earlier begun the process of raising €250,000 in loan notes.
