Making it Work

Grafter considers 15 properties as it looks to expand footprint

Irish flexible workspace company takes long-term leases on office buildings and rents spaces within them to companies who may not want a full office on a permanent basis

Emma Kennedy, founder of Grafter, the Irish flexible workspace company: founded Grafter because she felt there was ‘more room in the market for flexible workspace providers’

Grafter, the Irish flexible workspace company, is looking at up to 15 different properties across Ireland and Britain as it seeks to expand its footprint and grow its customer base, its founder has said.

Emma Kennedy, who set up the firm in 2021, said that 10 of those properties were in Dublin with several more in London.

“Those spaces aren’t confirmed, but we have identified them, and it shows we’re very active in that sense,” Kennedy told the Business Post. “I do see Grafter becoming a big business, and I do hope that we are able to widen the net there.”
