Venerable senator’s picture may finally hang in a new group of four portraits of the longest serving members of the Oireachtas

A portrait of Senator David Norris has been moved yet again in Leinster House, as the authorities struggle to find the right place to hang it.

The 78-year-old, who has suffered several serious illnesses in recent years, is one of the few serving Oireachtas members to have his portrait on the wall of Leinster House.
