Stephen Donnelly, the Minister for Health, is to launch a new Sláintecare oversight group to manage the restructuring of the HSE into a new regional framework.

The move comes as it has emerged that Robert Watt, the secretary general of the Department of Health, was criticised for his attitude to Sláintecare in the resignation letter of a departing member of the current Sláintecare advisory group.
