RTB asked to investigate if Troy property was legally registered

The Rental Tenancies Board (RTB) will be asked to investigate whether a property rented out by Robert Troy was registered as legally required.
The Fianna Fáil junior minister in the Department of Enterprise was forced to update his property interests last week after reports that he had not included ownerships and directorships as required by ethics legislation.
