‘Risk of bad outcome’ at COP 27, Eamon Ryan warns

There is a real risk that COP 27 will not deliver the necessary outcomes on climate justice and loss and damage, Eamon Ryan has said.

The Minister for Environment also said fossil fuel, aviation and shipping companies should have to contribute money to new loss and damage funds.
