Government accused of ducking “tough decision” to raise PRSI ahead of forthcoming elections
The government has stalled on its plan to raise PRSI for workers and employers to pay for keeping the state pension age at 66.
Heather Humphreys, the Minister for Social Protection, had announced the plan back in September last year and promised to have a roadmap on the introduction of the charges in spring.
