Tánaiste Micheál Martin has accused an opposition TD of engaging in “outrageous carry-on" for claiming that the list of speakers at the new forum on Irish military neutrality was “biased”.
The forum on international security policy is due to be held over three days in Cork, Dublin and Galway next week. Ireland is not a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Alliance (Nato) but the forum is going to discuss the implications of the decision ...
