Minister claims youths ‘waging campaign of terror’ in Inchicore

A Fine Gael minister has claimed that a “cohort of youths” are “waging a campaign of terror and intimidation” against families in her constituency.

Drugs minister Catherine Byrne made the claim in a letter to Eoghan Murphy last month as she contemplated supporting a Dáil motion of no confidence in the embattled Minister for Housing.
