The former president will make a last-ditch attempt to derail four criminal trials by seeking to have the decision that he can be prosecuted overturned

Tomorrow, Trump will ask the Supreme Court to overrule last week’s decision by the DC Appeals court – which found that Trump had no immunity from prosecution for his attempt to overthrow the results of the 2020 election

If there was any doubt that the US presidential election would be fought in the courtrooms and through the pages of special counsel reports and committee investigations as much – if not more – than on the campaign trail, a trifecta of legal plots with enormous political consequences dispatched it.
