Irish companies warned to prepare for new Brexit checks on UK exports

Peter Burke, the Minister of State for European Affairs, has warned Irish companies to prepare for new post-Brexit controls on goods being exported to Britain.

The British government has delayed the introduction of the new checks on Irish and EU goods coming into its market several times due to fears of widespread disruption at ports and airports.
