Ireland is not conforming with a range of labour rights under the European Social Charter, according to a new assessment published by the Council of Europe.

Ireland was found to be partially in breach of nine protected labour rights under the charter, including the right to just conditions at work, the right to fair remuneration, the right to organise, and the right to bargain collectively.
