‘I am just surprised that there is such a level of surprise’ over state’s strategy

The revelations last week that the state pursued an aggressive legal containment strategy in relation to its potential liability for private nursing home charges may have shocked many, but Gareth Noble was not surprised by the news.

“It doesn’t come as any surprise to me at all. I am just surprised that there is such a level of surprise,” Noble, the leading children’s lawyer with KOD Lyons solicitors, told the Business Post.
