Firms with over 50 staff must establish whistleblowing protection procedures within next month

Companies with 50 or more employees will have to establish formal channels and procedures for staff to make protected disclosures within the next four weeks, under new requirements being introduced by the government.

New guidance on the Protected Disclosures Act has been published by Paschal Donohoe, the Minister for Public Expenditure.
