US President Joe Biden’s decision to authorise US military airdrops of emergency supplies into Gaza is ‘an admission of failure’, a former Department of State official told the Business Post.

“At this point it’s about physics, not chemistry,” the former diplomat said, suggesting that ratcheting up pressure on Netanyahu is Biden’s only remaining option, given his failure to leverage his relationship with his ‘old friend’ in a manner that ensures Israel’s compliance with international law.
