While the world awaits Donald Trump’s next tweet with bated breath, this little corner of the globe must make do with the antics of Shane Ross. The Donald is anticipating what kind of government he will lead, while Shane is piloting his own unique take on government. In Trump’s case it is hard to know what he might do next. Ross is an altogether more sophisticated operator than the billionaire charlatan, but his motivation is no less puzzling.
