Allegations about a “concocted” contract, a contested Zoom call, fights over financial projections, and a disagreement over a joint venture with a large American barrel maker are at the heart of a bitter boardroom dispute at Nephin Whiskey, the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) heard last week.

The hearing is the latest development in the ongoing boardroom battle between Mark Quick, one of the shareholders in Nephin Whiskey, and Jude and Paul Davis, his fellow founders.
