‘Worse, and worse again’ - Unprecedented spike in advertised rent prices

Newly listed rent prices rose by 14 per cent on Daft.ie in the year to the end of September, a record on the property website.

Just over 1,000 homes were listed on the platform at the end of the month, a fraction of the supply available compared to previous years, as the shortage of new homes pushed prices higher.
