Wicklow medical firm MeHow Medical acquired by Swedish giant

The Bray-based company has been bought by Indutrade, a €9 billion technology group

MeHow Medical, an Irish medical device and engineering company, has been acquired by Indutrade, a Swedish industrial technology group.

Both companies agreed a deal last week that will see Indutrade, which is valued at almost €9 billion, acquire full control of MeHow Medical for an undisclosed sum and integrate the Irish business into its life sciences division.
