Warning some properties overvalued as major slowdown in Irish house prices predicted

High end Wicklow properties may be overvalued as the Irish property market looks set for a major slowdown in price inflation, an industry body has predicted.

In a new report the Society for Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI) predicted house prices will rise by 2 per cent across Ireland in 2023.
