Vote on Solar 21 debt restructuring will be held in coming months

The High Court has heard that the troubled energy firm will have its proposal considered by investors in the near future

A vote to decide whether the troubled energy firm Solar 21’s proposed debt restructuring plan will be approved by investors is expected to be held in the coming months, the High Court has heard.

Mr Justice Michael Quinn said he intended to make an order convening the holding of a vote, but that he was not approving or endorsing the company’s proposal.
