US outsourcing firm to create jobs with new ‘centre of excellence’ in Cork

SupportNinja, a US-headquartered outsourcing firm, will create up to 50 jobs in Ireland as part of the establishment of a new “centre of excellence” in Co Cork focused on customer experience.

The company, founded in 2015, offers outsourced services including customer support, data processing and content moderation to other businesses. Its central offices are located in Dallas and it employs around 3,000 people across the US, the Philippines, Romania and now Ireland.
