Uniphar acquires Dutch pharmaceutical company for €75m

BModesto focuses on the distribution of medicines, clinical trial services, market authorisation holder and medical device distribution

Uniphar, the Irish-listed healthcare group, has acquired BModesto Group, a Dutch pharmaceutical business, in a deal worth €75 million.

BModesto, which reported EBDITA of €7.7 million in 2021, focuses on the distribution of medicines, clinical trial services, market authorisation holder and medical device distribution.

The Lelystad-based company was founded in 2014 and has a workforce of more than 180 people.
