UK Phenna Group buys Maurice Johnson fire safety consultancy
Safety engineering practice has previously worked on high-profile projects such as Google HQ and Dundrum Town Centre
Phenna Group, a British building inspection firm, has bought Maurice Johnson & Partners, an Irish fire safety consultancy. Phenna announced recently that it had completed the deal, but did not specify how much it had paid for the Irish company.
Maurice Johnson & Partners was founded in 2009 and has offices in Dublin, Cork and Letterkenny. The company has worked on a number of high-profile projects in Dublin, including Dundrum Town Centre and Google’s headquarters.
