UK banks to consider private equity risks after BoE warning

Bank leaders in the UK have promised to consider a warning from regulators about exposure to private equity.

It came after the Bank of England warned this week that the recent private equity boom, which has seen assets under management grow to $8 trillion in the last decade, could pose threats to financial stability.
