U2 lead €10m investment in next generation of music
Education project is close to foursome's heart
U2’s donation of the proceeds of its Dublin gigs to a major children’s music education project will be matched by a big contribution from Ireland’s wealthy diaspora.
The €2 million that the supergroup makes from the Irish Innocence + Experience concerts at 3Arena will go to Music Generation, a not for profit organisation that gives children and young people access to music education in their local area.
