Tyrone-based McAleer & Rushe wins £60m contract for major London development

McAleer & Rushe, a Tyrone-based construction firm, has been awarded a £60 million (€69 million) contract to develop a 196 unit residential development in Barking in East London.

The mixed-use development for property investor Yara Capital will consist of 125 build-to-rent units and 71 affordable housing apartments.
