TMF Group acquires Goodbody Fund Management
Dutch firm will now manage more than $300 billion worth of assets
Dutch professional services firm TMF Group has completed the acquisition of Goodbody Fund Management (GFM), part of Dublin-based Goodbody Stockbrokers.
The acquisition was first reported in April this year.
Operating since 2013, GFM and the Property Investment Management team provide fund solutions to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS), as well as property investment management services.
