Titanic Property Development Limited, a company part controlled by Dermot Desmond, had a loss of £1.7 million in 2021, after its turnover dropped from £32.1 million to £3.4 million, new company accounts show.

The company, controlled by Desmond and Pat Doherty, the Harcourt Developments founder, is involved in the development of the 161.5 acre site at the Titanic Quarter in Belfast, and makes money from the sale and rental of the properties it has developed.
