Creditor Balark, owned by rival developer Pat Crean of the Marlet group, has brought a motion to oust the current liquidator of Chambury, an insolvent firm linked to developer Johnny Ronan

Chambury, an insolvent firm linked to developer Johnny Ronan, engaged in almost three years of litigation in a Dublin docklands dispute leaving its opponent “high and dry” on €1.15 million in legal costs, it has been claimed in the High Court.

Creditor Balark, owned by rival developer Pat Crean of the Marlet group, has brought a motion to oust current liquidator Myles Kirby and replace him with the firm’s own nominee, Declan McDonald of PwC.
