Three Ireland becomes latest company to embrace the living wage

The change will be effective from the new year, and comes as several other firms in the industry have also raised pay

Three Ireland is raising its minimum hourly pay rates by 17 per cent to align with the living wage.

The company announced today that it will increase its hourly rate from €11.50 to €13.85 per hour, effective January 1. It said once this comes into effect it will have raised minimum pay by 35 per cent since 2021, when the rate was €10.20 per hour.
