Teeling sales soar following Bacardi takeover

New accounts show the Dublin distillery is sitting on €36.4 million in stocks

Teeling Whiskey, the Dublin distillery founded by Jack and Stephen Teeling, had a surge in sales in 2022, at the same time as drinks giant Bacardi-Martini assumed control of the company’s board and the majority of its shares.

Fresh accounts for the company show that it had sales of €33.9 million in the 15 months to the end of March 2023, compared to €19.8 million in the 12 months to the end of December 2021.
