LiveCosts said the integration with Nemetschek’s software will provide it with access to over 1 million new users worldwide

Ciarán Brennan, chief executive at LiveCosts:

LiveCosts, a Dublin-based construction tech business, is expanding into Germany, Austria and Switzerland (the DACH region) following investment from Nemetschek, a Munich-based software business.

In total, LiveCosts said the integration with Nemetschek’s software will provide it with access to over 1 million new users worldwide. The value of the investment has not been disclosed.

“The Nemetschek Group owns a suite of construction software, particularly Bluebeam which is popular worldwide and Nevaris which is particularly popular in the German market. The investment they have made is to plug us into both of those products,” Ciarán Brennan, chief executive at LiveCosts, told the Business Post.
