Supreme Court says Dominos delivery drivers were employees, not contractors

Dominos delivery drivers working for an Irish company should be treated as employees for tax purposes, the Supreme Court has ruled.

The seven judge court decided that the Tax Appeal Commission was entitled to conclude that drivers who provided delivery services for a Dominos pizza business in Ireland were employees for the purpose of the relevant tax law.
