Stripe makes additional layoffs, including in Ireland

Online payments company has laid off a small number of employees working primarily in recruitment

Stripe, which cut more than 1,100 jobs late last year, has laid off around 40 more employees, most of them recruiters.

It is believed a small number of those being let go are based in Ireland.
