The stock of second-hand properties for sale is down by at least 30 per cent in ten counties across Ireland over the past three years, a new report from Sherry FitzGerald has said.
A new analysis published by the estate agency said there were 13,750 second-hand homes listed for sale in July, down more than 10.2 per cent since last year.
The rate of decline is more than 30 per cent in ten counties.
